Payroll Rewards offers clients a way to initiate payments to their payroll companies.  Once you set up your account and send us your payroll report, we will draw funds from your business bank account and wire your funds to your payroll company. For every dollar of payroll spending initiated through Payroll Rewards, a client can receive one reward point. Terms and conditions apply. 

The Process

Ahead of each payroll date, send your summary payroll report to Payroll Rewards, and Payroll Rewards will securely communicate with your bank to transfer the funds from your bank account to your payroll company.  

Steps for Each Payroll Cycle

1. You will send your payroll summary report to Payroll Rewards.

2. We will draw funds from your business bank account and wire the funds to your payroll company. Payroll Rewards Fees are withdrawn along with these funds. For every dollar of payroll spending initiated through Payroll Rewards, a client can receive one reward point. Terms and conditions apply. 

3. Your payroll company distributes funds to employees as usual.

4. PayDay!
